The first step is to call or email us to set up your free week, introductory session. This is limited to specific class times and only for those who have never tried CrossFit before. This intro allows you the opportunity to meet us and find out firsthand what we do and who we are. If we both decide that CrossFit Force2Reckon is for you, then your next step is to sign up and begin our free foundation course.
By focusing on foundations training during the intro course, we minimize distractions and pay maximum attention to your individual needs. In the foundation course, you will learn how to perform the fundamental CrossFit movements safely and effectively, ensuring a seamless transition into the Group Classes after completing your foundation course.
